25% of all orders made from the Warm Acre shop will be donated to the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal. Valid until 14th November 2011.
Please support us in this worthwhile fundraising. So if you have thought about buying our Hour of Glory and No-Go-Zone games or miniatures in the past but haven't done so yet, please make this the time to do it.

Each year, the nation expresses its unequivocal support for The Royal British Legion's charity work through the Poppy Appeal, emphasizing the need to help all generations of the Armed Forces and their families – today and for the rest of their lives.
Shoulder to shoulder with all who serve
The Royal British Legion has been helping the Armed Forces community since 1921. Their needs have changed but the need for our work is more vital than ever.
The Legion runs recovery centers for injured personnel; advises and supports bereaved families; gives financial help and careers advice to service leavers; provides holidays, breaks and life-long care; companionship, comradeship and practical support to the whole Armed Forces community and their families.
- Half of the people helped by the Legion are below retirement age
- This year alone the Legion will spend more than £72,000,000 GBP providing assistance to over 160,000 serving and ex-Serving Armed Forces personnel and their families.
- This equates to £200 GBP a day or £1,400,000 GBP a week delivering vital welfare work.
The Legion is also the nation's custodian of Remembrance; campaigns on behalf of the Armed Forces community; is one of the largest membership organizations and has 2,500 branches worldwide offering comradeship and support.
